From Choosing Aerated Concrete to Issuing an Invoice
Before an invoice is issued, it is necessary to determine which products are required for the project and in what quantity. Aerated concrete blocks manufactured at our facility in Uzbekistan can be purchased both for private construction and for commercial projects. We help calculate the required volume based on the purpose of the structures, the parameters of the building, and the selected type of blocks. Once these details have been agreed upon, we prepare the contract and issue the invoice.
After the products have been selected and the required volume calculated, we agree on the total cost of the order. The price of aerated concrete depends on the selected type of blocks, the quantity, and the delivery conditions. To prepare the order without unnecessary changes, we first determine the actual material requirement. Different solutions may be needed for exterior walls and interior partitions, so the quantity is calculated only after the appropriate products have been selected. If a wholesale volume is required, the composition of the shipment is also agreed upon in advance.
Once the products and quantities have been determined, we check the possibility of delivery and proceed with the documentation. At this stage, the customer already understands what volume is being ordered and what amount must be paid.
What Payment Methods Are Available for Orders
After receiving the invoice, the customer can choose the most convenient payment method. ARTON offers options both for remote payment and for customers who prefer to make payment directly at the sales office. Customers wishing to purchase aerated concrete blocks can choose from the following payment methods:
- bank transfer;
- cash payment at the sales office;
- bank card transfer through PayMe;
- transfer through Click.
Bank transfers are also available to individuals, so this method is suitable not only for organizations. Cash payments can be made at the sales office, while PayMe and Click make it possible to complete payment without a personal visit.
If an order is placed on an installment basis, the terms are agreed separately before payment is made. For large shipments, all financial conditions are also clarified in advance so that the final amount and payment procedure are clear to the customer.
How to Choose a Convenient Payment Method and Complete the Purchase
When choosing a payment method, convenience and the order format are considered first. Organizations often use bank transfers because this allows payment to be made directly from a corporate bank account. Individual customers may use the same option, or they may choose to pay in cash at the office or through PayMe and Click.
If remote payment is important, it is more convenient to use an electronic payment service or a bank transfer. When visiting the office in person, customers can pay in cash or use other agreed payment options. Therefore, selecting the payment method in advance makes it possible to proceed with payment immediately after receiving the invoice without changing the order procedure. Before making the payment, it is advisable to check the following information in the invoice:
- the name and quantity of the ordered products;
- the payment details for the selected method;
- the total amount;
- the installment terms, if applicable;
- the agreed conditions for receiving the order.
After payment, we confirm receipt of the funds and begin preparing the agreed shipment. If the customer has selected delivery, we separately agree on the date, address, and organizational conditions of delivery. In the case of pickup, we determine the time when the products can be collected.
Thus, the payment method is selected only after the products, volume, and total order value have been determined. Once the payment has been confirmed, the financial part of the purchase is complete, and the order moves on to the product collection or delivery stage.
